Yes, in accordance with provincial health guidelines all guests will be required to provide proof of full/double vaccination upon arrival.

Both! Seating for dinner will be indoors, but guests are welcome to step outside to take in the sights and sounds of the geese at any time during their visit.

The geese typically come in about 1/2 hour after sunset on a clear day. When it is cloudy or overcast they come in closer to sunset. We have a Sunset Schedule to help you time your evening.

Yes, there are options or modifications on the menu that are suitable to those looking for gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, and dairy free choices. Please indicate on your ticket if you have a special dietary requirement, or let your server know at the event.

Bookings for groups larger than 8 may be available. Please contact us directly at info@circacatering.ca to check availability.

There is a seating limit of 1.75 hours (until 7:15pm) for all tickets in the 5:30pm time slot, to allow the tables to be prepared for the next guests. After 7:15pm, you and your guests are welcome to stay on site and enjoy a drink or coffee outdoors and watch the geese and the sunset over the lake.

Yes! Please indicate the name/s of the other guests that you wish to be seated with when purchasing your ticket. You can also email us at info@circacatering.ca to let us know.

Date change requests can be made by clicking “contact the organizer” on your ticket confirmation, or by emailing info@circacatering.ca.

Yes! You are able to add yourself to the waitlist if all tickets for the selected date are sold out. If tickets matching your request become available, you will be notified directly and will have the opportunity to purchase them if you still plan to attend the event. Additional inquiries can be made to info@circacatering.ca.

If the date of your choice is sold out you will have the option to be added to our waitlist in case additional tickets become available. Additional tickets may be added due to cancellations or modifications from other attendees or if we are able to increase our capacity for the event. You can also email us directly at info@circacatering.ca for any questions.

All members of your party will be seated together and will not be seated at a table with other guests. If your party has purchased tickets separately, please email us at info@circacatering.ca to let us know the guests that you’d like to sit with.
